Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a sale when we confirm it. If something you ordered turns out not to be available, we will tell you and refund it in full.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless a page says otherwise. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Handmade goods

Much of what we sell is woven, dyed or printed by hand. Small differences in colour, weave and finish are the nature of the cloth and not a defect.

If something is wrong

Tell us within the window in our refunds page and we will put it right.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and the courts where our shop is registered.
