Where we deliver

Across India. The delivery charge and the time it takes are worked out from your pincode at checkout, before you pay.

When it leaves

Orders are packed on working days. An order placed on a holiday goes out the next working day.

Tracking

We message you the courier and tracking number as soon as the parcel is picked up.

If it does not arrive

Tell us and we will chase the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit we replace it or refund it in full.

Cash on delivery

Where we offer it, you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. A handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout.
