Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order from us we keep your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email. When you pay online, the payment is handled by our gateway and we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Why we keep it

To send you what you ordered, to reach you about that order, and to keep the accounts the law requires us to keep.

Who else sees it

Only the courier who delivers your parcel and the payment gateway that takes your money. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not share them for anyone else's advertising.

Messages from us

We message you about your own orders. We only send offers if you have asked for them, and every one of those has a way to stop.

What you can ask for

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
